3/12/2024 0 Comments Spokane county assessors mapsFirst consideration will be given to applicants working in the Assessor's office in a position covered by the 1553 Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) second consideration given to County-wide applicants in a position covered by the 1553 CBA third consideration given to applicants covered by the Master Contract CBA fourth consideration will be given to all other applicants. Priority consideration will be given to Spokane County employees in a position covered by the Master Contract submitting applications between 5/3/23 and 5/10/23. WHO MAY APPLY: This recruitment is open to all applicants meeting the minimum requirements. Must be able to work well in a collaborative environment. Requires the ability to prioritize work tasks. Incumbents may provide on-the-job training and assistance to other employees. Positions in this class are distinguishable from GIS positions in the Information Systems Department by their specific emphasis on the Assessor's property control function. The position allocated to this classification is responsible for reporting to the Segregation and Mapping Supervisor. This position performs technical work within the Assessor’s Office utilizing Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Property Tax, and CAMA software to update and maintain the Assessment Tax Rolls and the Assessor’s Mapping Products.
